Join the Festival of Lights! Get into the holiday spirit with our house decorating contest and resident-led judging—fun for the whole community!

Important Dates:
Registration opens on December 5th—a link will be posted to register your house.

Judging: December 19-20, from 6-11 PM each night.

How Judging Works:

Residents can rate each decorated home using a 1 to 5-star system.
A home’s overall score will be calculated by averaging all ratings.
Registered homes will receive a unique QR code to enable on-site voting.

Decorators: Enhance the experience by handing out treats and dressing in festive costumes for the judges and visitors. Make it a night to remember!
