A Look Ahead: Army Tenant Survey

On January 11th, the Army will begin the Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey operated by a 3rd party, CEL & Associates. Some of you may refer to it as the "CEL Survey". Every year, we use this tool as an opportunity to identify the needs of our community and find ways to improve based on your responses. Naturally, your responses are anonymous unless you request a response from management and leave your contact information.

Each main leaseholder (including civilians) will get this survey sent to the email we have on file at the start of the survey. Periodic reminder emails will also be sent out. Oftentimes, we find that the email is pushed to a Spam folder or overlooked. Simply type "army housing survey" in your email provider's search bar. From this email, you'll be able to access the survey via a special link and help us make positive change in our community! Surveys are active only until 2-24-2022.

At periodic points in the survey duration, random drawings will be done by CEL & Associates. From those results, your housing team will be gifting $50 Amazon Gift Cards. So, the name of the game is to complete your survey early for more chances to win!

The next Housing Town Hall with be held in the Clubhouse of our sister village at Camp Parks. You may send the questions ahead of time to parksrfta@gmail.com or follow and comment along to the Facebook Live broadcast.

For private parties, all trash must be removed from the site and disposed of in the event organizer's residential trash bins or to an offsite dumpster. Please do not overfill up the trash bins at the park.

We're teaming up with Children of Warriors and the Wine Country Marines to bring our families some fun holiday cheer! Held over two days, we'll offer pictures with Santa, toys, grab bags, treats, and more! No signup necessary. Open to Wescoat and Shenandoah residents. Please only military families on day two.
