Per the terms of each resident's lease agreement, holding a renters insurance policy is a requirement to reside here at Wescoat Village or Shenandoah Square. For your convenience, we've arranged that all of our residents are pre-approved with eRenterPlan allowing you to avoid credit and other background checks. Coverage typically starts around only $15-20 per month and varies based on the amount of coverage you need. You can find out more and purchase a policy at erenterplan.com or by calling 888.205.8118.
If you do choose eRenterPlan, we will automatically be notified of your compliance with this term in the lease. You will not need to provide any additional information or contact us.
