AVOID LEASE TERMINATION! ALWAYS NOTIFY THE LEASING OFFICE OF YOUR GUESTS AND FOLLOW THESE POLICIES:
GUESTS (UNRELATED) UNDER 30 DAYS - NOTFY LEASING OFFICE GUESTS (RELATED OR UNRELATED) OVER 30 DAYS - GET EXCEPTION TO POLICY FROM THE LEASING OFFICE ROOMATES - MUST SUBMIT APPLICATION TO LEASING OFFICE SUBLETTING - PROHIBITED IN ALL CASES Residents are allowed to have non-immediate family and unrelated guests in their homes for up to thirty (30) consecutive days, and no more than 30 days annually. Should you have any guests staying longer than (30) days, you must notify the Housing Management Office immediately and submit an Exception to Policy (ETP). In an effort to support installation security and emergency planning procedures, you are required to inform the Housing Management Office of any guest that you have staying in the home for any amount of time. Please provide the guests’ first and last names.
Tenant may not sublet any portion of the Premises nor transfer or assign Tenant’s rights under this Lease or permit any part of the Premises to be used by any person other than the Tenant, the Occupants listed in Box 14 of Schedule 1 or temporary guests, invitees, or licensees, without the express prior written approval of the Community Manager, which may be withheld in its sole and absolute discretion. Any assignment, transfer or subletting of the Premises or Lease by voluntary act of Tenant, operation of law or otherwise, shall be null and void and, at the option of Owner, terminate this Lease.

Special Reminders |
Any trash outside of the bins will not be picked up by Recology. You must schedule directly with them or any other vendor to pick up bulk trash items.
The front and side yards are taken care of, but each resident is responsible for maintaining their backyard. You can borrow a lawn mower or weed trimmer from our office if you don’t have one. Call ahead for availibility!
