We’ll even have candy-free options! Trick! Treat! More News & Reminders Moffett Housing Scores Higher in 2022 Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Last year, our location received an overall satisfaction score of 75.0 on the annual Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey ran by CEL & Associates. This year scores jumped to 80.9 with 49.0% of residents responding. To see the complete report, click below. Be on the lookout, the 2023 survey is right around the corner! The survey returns October 25th and runs through December 16th. There will be $50 gift card drawings for completed surveys, just like last year. Please check your email on October 25th for an email from ArmyHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com to complete the survey.  Read Results A Look Ahead: Town Hall & LED Bulb Installation Mark your calendars! The next Community Town Hall will be December 1 at 6PM.  Beginning around the end of October/Early November, Sitelogiq will begin installing new LED lighting in all homes. We will send a letter to each home prior informing you of the exact date and time. 1. Please make sure all pets are crated and/or someone is home during the install. 2. We will need access to all areas of your home and all light fixtures are accessible. 3. You will be receiving a smart search protector with the LED upgrade, you are not required to use it or required to turn it in at move out. 4. If a fixture is required to be changed out, there may be old holes or off-color paint showing. Call us to schedule a patch and paint repair.  No Parking in Alleys There is no parking in the alleys or berm. If vehicle does not fit inside the apron, the vehicle cannot be parked there. Holiday Decor Holiday decorations can go up 1 month prior to Holiday, must be taken down 2 weeks after the holiday.
